Festive Shop & Win 2025 to 2026 – Terms and Conditions

Campaign: The Great Festive Shop & Win (“Campaign”)
Campaign Period: 1 November 2025 to 21 March 2026
Participation in the Campaign is subject to the terms and conditions set out below (“Campaign T&Cs”) and the Contests & Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions available at https://www.sph.com.sg/tnc/contests_luckydraws/ (collectively, “T&Cs”). In the event of any inconsistency between the two sets of T&Cs, the Campaign T&Cs shall prevail. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by and comply with the T&Cs, including any amendments, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
- Eligibility
1.1 The Campaign is open to all residents of Singapore aged 18 years and above at the time of participation.
1.2 Employees of the Organiser and its affiliates, agencies, and participating sponsors, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Campaign.
1.3 The Organiser reserves the right to verify and determine, in its sole and absolute discretion, the eligibility of all participants to participate in the Campaign. Entries that do not meet the eligibility criteria will be disqualified.
1.4 If at any point in time, whether or not during the Campaign Period, the Organiser determines that a participant has breached the T&Cs, that the participant has provided false information, or that the participant does not meet the eligibility criteria for the Campaign, the Organiser may disqualify the participant and forfeit, withhold, reclaim, or recover from the participant any prizes won through the Campaign (or the value of such prizes won).
- How to Participate
2.1 To qualify for a lucky draw under the Campaign (each, a “Lucky Draw”), participants must spend a minimum of S$30 in a single receipt at participating sponsor outlets (click here to view complete list of participating sponsors) during the qualifying periods as set out in Clause 3 (each, a “Valid Receipt”). For NESTLÉ, only the following participating products are eligible: MILO®, NESCAFÉ®, NESCAFÉ® DOLCE GUSTO® (excluding NESCAFÉ® DOLCE GUSTO® machines), COFFEE-MATE®, OMEGA®, NESTUM®, ENERCAL®, NESPRAY®, EVERYDAY®, MAGGI®, KITKAT®, NESTLÉ® Breakfast Cereals, STARBUCKS® At Home, NAN® SUPREMEPRO H.A. & OPTIPRO Growing Up Milk, GERBER®, CERELAC®, and LACTOGEN® Growing Up Milk products — all of which are limited to products imported and distributed by NESTLÉ Singapore Pte Ltd only. Exclusions: Infant milk (Stage 1 & 2), chilled and frozen products, non-retail packs / NESTLÉ PROFESSIONAL® range, and any other ongoing NESTLÉ promotional or premium-packed products (i.e. products with free gift promotions) as indicated on the respective packs.
2.2 Each Valid Receipt uploaded will qualify for one (1) chance in the relevant Lucky Draw as set out in Clause 3. Multiple entries are allowed, provided each receipt is unique, valid, and submitted within the qualifying period.
2.3 The Valid Receipts must be uploaded via the official Campaign microsite at shopandwin.sph.com.sg within the respective qualifying periods.
2.4 As part of the submission, participants are required to provide the following information:
(a) Full Name;
(b) Email Address;
(c) Mobile Number; and
(d) A clear picture of the Valid Receipt stating clearly the (i) store name, (ii) transaction date and (iii) transaction amount.
2.5 Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible information provided in any submission will result in disqualification of the entry.
2.7 The following receipts are not valid and will result in disqualification of the submission:
(a) duplicate, refunded, cancelled, or exchanged receipts;
(b) unclear or incomplete receipts;
(c) credit card or NETS slips; and
(d) handwritten invoices;
2.8 Participants must retain the original receipts for verification throughout the Campaign Period. Failure to produce original receipts upon request will result in disqualification.
- Qualifying Periods and Draw Dates
3.1 The Campaign consists of four (4) Festive Lucky Draws and two (2) Bonus Car Draws
3.2 The qualifying periods and draw dates are as follows:

- Draw Mechanics
4.1 All valid entries will be entered into an electronic randomised draw system, conducted in the presence of appointed auditors.
4.2 Each draw will be conducted based on the qualifying period specific to that festive draw.
4.3 Receipts submitted for one Festive Lucky Draw will not be eligible for the next Festive Lucky Draw, even if they fall close to the next qualifying period.
4.4 However, these receipts will remain eligible for the Bonus Car Draw(s), provided they were submitted within the qualifying period applicable to that Bonus Car Draw.
4.5 Each participant may win only one (1) prize from the Festive Lucky Draws during the campaign.
4.6 To participate in subsequent Festive Draws, shoppers must submit new receipts that meet the new qualifying period criteria.
- Prizes
5.1 Prizes for each Festive Lucky Draw will be announced at the start of the respective qualifying period on the official Campaign microsite.
5.2 5.3 The prizes are provided by third parties (the “Prize Provider”) and may differ across the Festive Lucky Draws and are not guaranteed to be the same.
5.4 All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash, either in part or in whole.
5.5 Lucky Draw Prizes are outlined below and the prizes are subject to availability and the Organiser reserves the right to replace, withdraw, add to or alter any prize without prior notice. Further details on the Lucky Draw Prize(s) will be provided as soon as they are available.

Harvey Norman Shopping Vouchers
- Harvey Norman Shopping Vouchers will be given in the form of Gift Cards.
- The Gift Card(s) may be used multiple times until its stored value has been exhausted. A Gift Card may not be reloaded once its stored value has been exhausted or upon expiry, whichever is earlier.
- The original Gift Card must be presented at the transaction register of any Harvey Norman retail store along with the goods to be purchased. Upon making a purchase, the value of the Gift Card will be reduced by the value of the goods purchased. If there is any unspent value remaining in the Gift Card following the purchase, change will not be given for the unspent value and the Gift Card may be used to purchase goods and/or services in the future until the unspent value on the Gift Card is exhausted or upon expiry of the Gift Card.
- Harvey Norman is not obliged to verify the ownership of the Gift Card before acceptance of use and the bearer of the Gift Card shall be deemed the owner of the Gift Card
- The Gift Cards cannot be used:
- to purchase further Gift Cards;
- by email, phone or facsimile;
- to repay outstanding indebtedness of the Cardholder or any other person to Harvey Norman;
- for goods and/or services from a Harvey Norman branded store operating outside Singapore;
- for cash advances or to obtain cash;
- cannot be exchanged for a different denomination or type of Gift Card; or
- in connection with any marketing, promotion or advertising activities without the prior express written consent of Harvey Norman.
- The unused value on a Gift Card and expiry date of a Gift Card may be checked for the cardholder at any Harvey Norman retail store in Singapore.
- Upon expiry of a Gift Card: –
- Any unutilised stored value shall be forfeited;
- Harvey Norman’s obligations in respect of the said Gift Card are forever discharged, released, extinguished and no longer capable of being enforced; and
- Harvey Norman shall have no further obligations in respect of the said Gift Card.
Royal Caribbean Cruises (ASIA) Cruise Package Draw Prizes
- The Royal Caribbean Cruises (ASIA) Cruise Package Prize is valid for 3 Nights for two (2) persons sharing one twin-share Balcony Stateroom (run-of-house categories) on board either the Ovation of the Seas (for the Black Friday Draw) or the Navigator of the Seas (for the other festive draws), departing from Singapore to Penang.
- The sailing dates will be allocated according to the relevant draw period:
- Black Friday Draw: Q4 2025 sailings
- Subsequent Festive Draws: Q1 2026 sailings
- The prize includes shipboard accommodation, most meals, and onboard entertainment.
- All cruise taxes, gratuities, and port expenses (quoted in USD) are not included in the prize value and must be paid by the winner upon booking confirmation.
- One of the travelling passengers must be at least 21 years of age at the time of sailing.
- Flights (if any), travel visas (if any), and any other expenses or incidentals incurred in connection with the trip shall be borne solely by the winner.
- The winner is responsible for ensuring that all travellers possess valid passports and any required travel or entry documents prior to departure.
- The prize must be redeemed and confirmed within four (4) to six (6) weeks from the draw date (exact validity period to be specified in the winner’s notification). Failure to redeem within the stated period will result in forfeiture of the prize without compensation.
- The prize is strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for cash, credit, in-kind, or alternative cruise itineraries.
- The prize may not be combined with other promotions, offers, or discounts.
- By redeeming the prize, the winner agrees to be bound by the standard booking terms and conditions of Royal Caribbean Cruises (Asia) Pte Ltd.
- The Organiser and Royal Caribbean Cruises (Asia) Pte Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or additional cost arising from changes, cancellations, or unforeseen circumstances related to the cruise.
Proton e.MAS 7 and AION V Bonus Draw Prizes by Vincar Group
- All Prize Winners of the vehicles from each Bonus Draw (Christmas & Hari Raya) shall present their photo identification document, together with the winning letters issued by the Organiser for verification to redeem their prizes. The Prize must be redeemed within two months of the announcement of the Prize and the vehicles must be registered in Singapore with the relevant authority within one month of redemption. Vincar Group will be the sole party facilitating the registration of the AION V and Proton e.MAS 7 vehicles. The Prize Vehicles are not inclusive of:
- Certificate of Entitlement (COE)
- Vehicle Emissions Scheme (VES) surcharge, if applicable
- Servicing program
- Motor vehicle insurance
- Road tax
- IU or OBU installation, as may be applicable
- Number plates
- Goods and Services Tax (GST)
- Registration fee
- Any additional fittings, fixtures and accessories other than those provided
- Other incidentals, etc.
- Claiming of prize will be subjected to terms and conditions of Vincar Group and SPH Media Ltd. The actual colour of the vehicles are determined by Vincar Group. Specifications may vary from pictures shown in the Lucky Draw marketing and publicity collaterals/materials and pictures are provided strictly for reference only.
All other Prizes that remain unclaimed or unredeemed 1 month after the prize announcement shall be forfeited. Any Prize Winner whose Prize has been forfeited hereunder shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation. The Organiser reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.
- Winner Notification and Verification
6.1 Winners will be notified after fourteen (14) working days from the draw date by phone and/or email.
6.2 Winners must acknowledge receipt of the notification within five (5) working days from the date of notification and collect the prizes within the prize collection period and in accordance with the procedure as specified in the notification, failing which the prize shall be deemed as forfeited. No extensions or variations will be entertained and the Organiser may deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit, including selecting alternate winners for the unclaimed prizes. Any prizes unclaimed or forfeited may also be donated to charity or disposed of at the discretion of the Organiser.
6.3 Winner is required to personally attend a prize presentation ceremony after the draw for publicity purposes. The Organiser shall have the right to request the winner to present his/her identity proof for verification purpose when such winner comes for the prize presentation.
6.4 By collecting the prizes, the winners agree that the Organiser make no representations or warranties of any kind in respect of the prizes, whether implied, express or statutory, including without limitation the warranties of non-infringement of third party rights, title, merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose. The winners further agree that the Organiser shall not under any circumstances whatsoever be liable for any use of the prizes and the winners shall indemnify the Organiser against any losses or damages that the Organiser may suffer arising from the use of the prizes.
6.5 The Organiser reserves the right to publish the names and/or photographs of winners for publicity purposes without further reference to the winners.
- General
7.1 The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of tampering with the entry process, submitting fraudulent or duplicate receipts, or engaging in conduct deemed inappropriate.
7.2 The Organiser shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense incurred by participants as a result of their participation in the Campaign or the redemption and/or use of prizes.
7.3 The Organiser is not responsible for any entries not successfully completed or submitted due to a technical fault of any kind, including technical malfunctions, computer hardware or software failures, and satellite, network or server failures.
7.4 The Organiser is not responsible for any failure or delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, technical disruptions, or government regulations.
7.5 The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Campaign and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7.6 All decisions made by the Organiser relating to the Campaign are final and binding. No correspondence, including but not limited to queries and appeals, will be entertained.
- Data Protection and Governing Law
8.1 By participating in this Campaign, participants agree that any personal data submitted may be collected, used and/or disclosed by the Organiser and its affiliates (“SPH Media Group”) and the Campaign sponsors, for the purpose of administering the Campaign, including contacting the Lucky Draw winners and verifying their identity, to publicise and market the Campaign including featuring the Lucky Draw winners across all media and platforms, and such other purposes as the SPH Media Group may deem appropriate. The participants further agree to the processing of their personal data in accordance with the terms of the Organiser’s privacy policy as amended from time to time, available at https://www.sph.com.sg/tnc/privacy/.
8.2 The Campaign and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
8.3 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Campaign shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
